Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to make your experience with TuMe Tennis Club smooth and transparent. Below you’ll find details about how we handle returns, cancellations, and refund requests.


🛍️ Merchandise Returns (Apparel, Gear & Accessories)

We accept returns on TuMe Tennis Club merchandise within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused and unworn

  • Items are in original packaging with tags

  • You provide proof of purchase

To request a return, please email us at hello@tumetennisclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


🎾 Tennis Sessions, Lessons & Events

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel any tennis session, lesson, or event in order to qualify for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • TuMe Tennis Club reserves the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion. Submitting a late cancellation does not guarantee a refund or credit, even if a prior exception was granted.

This applies to:

  • Club nights and social sessions

  • Private and semi-private lessons

  • Drop-ins and member events

  • Special clinics or promotional events

For cancellation requests, please email hello@tumetennisclub.com with your full name, session date, and reason.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@tumetennisclub.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
