We started TuMe Tennis Club to bring people together around the sport of tennis—to create a safe space where movement, community, and culture collide. What began on public courts across Los Angeles has grown into something bigger than we imagined.
While we still love rallying in parks and city courts all over LA, we now have a true home base—The TuMe Tennis Clubhouse in the hills of Encino. And yesterday, we officially unveiled a major milestone: our brand-new resurfaced courts.
Thanks to the generous support of USTA SoCal, we now have three beautiful, blue-on-blue courts—a nod to the Pacific Ocean—framed by the sandy exterior of our Clubhouse and the stunning mountain views behind it. It’s a uniquely SoCal backdrop, and when the lights come on at night, the whole scene feels like a postcard of what LA tennis should look like.
We kicked things off with a ribbon cutting ceremony, then hit the courts for live ball, team singles, and doubles matchups with our partner Kozin Jr. Tennis Academy parents and kids. Between rallies, guests enjoyed refreshments, raffle giveaways from Yonex, and time to catch up courtside with fellow members and friends.
This moment marks more than a court upgrade—it’s a celebration of where we’ve been and what’s next for TuMe Tennis Club. Whether you're brand new or a longtime member, we can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.
Let’s keep building—on and off the court.
